Polomex was founded by MP itself in 1999 in the city of Aguascalientes in the Mexican state the same name. In January 2004, Mercedes Benz Mexico changed its name by Daimler - Chrysler Mexico Commercial Vehicles ( DCVCM ) and began a new strategy for strengthening and presence of its Mercedes Benz , Freightliner and Sterling .
