In an interview given by Lic Ciuk Coach Diaz to the magazine (July-August 1993 edition), this comment that MASA in its first year under his leadership (1990) produced 600 units, 900 units in the second and 1200 in the third. The production was composed of foreigners and urban buses.

Premier was the first foreign coach models produced by the privatized MASS. This model arose from the advice provided by Nielson (Busscar), a Brazilian source. This model was equipped with DD 6V-92 engine turbocharged TA for up to 330 HP, gearbox Spicer 7-speed and reverse, capacity for 41 seats and a total length of 11 000 235 mm.

Another model built during this period was the Strada. This model had DD S-50 engine turbocharged to 315 HP, with the option of DD 6V-92 engine of 330 HP, Spicer manual gearbox with 10 speeds and reverse, with optional 6-speed manual 7-speed synchronized reverse, up to 45 seats and total length of 11 000 432 mm.

mid 1990's MASA was among the manufacturers of the world's largest bus.
