When installed in Aguascalientes , MASA and DINA Mexico controlled the market foreign bus. Trailers de Monterrey had stopped producing buses in the early 1980's back with new models.

The first model produced by OISA was named Jaguar, which was very similar to a prototype DINA Avante. In his first year there were about 240 units, all virtually for OM.
In May 1992 Ing. Juan Yokohama Yokohama took charge of the Directorate General of OISA .

Another model made by OISA was called Falcon. The following is a listing showing the Jaguar and Hawk models was published in the journal Buses March-April edition 1994.

In 1992 OISA produced 327 units, 40% went to OM and 60% for other clients, in 1993 production rose to 340 units and three years of reduced production in 1994 fell to 202 in 1995 to 50 and in 1996 to 67 units.

Condor model emerged in July 1994. This model had the feature for use in intercity routes of short runs, ie runs more hours

Although in 1997 achieved an assembly capacity of 480 units annually with 300 employees, production recovered only slightly, approximately 150 units per year, but experience began in the international market, Australia exported 45 units, ie 30% of the production schedule for that year.

Comprehensive Omnibus currently continues to produce buses for passenger transport but since October 1999 belongs to the BUSSCAR , 100% Brazilian capital. (See Nielson - Busscar ).
